The Northern Sierra Air Quality Management District proposes to adopt a “negative declaration” and SIP revision stating that Reasonably Available Control Technology requirements have been adequately addressed for the 2008 ozone NAAQS, and that EPA’s Control Techniques Guidelines (CTGs) for the Oil and Natural Gas Industry (for production and pre-distribution equipment), Bulk Gasoline Plants, Storage of Petroleum Liquids in Fixed Roof Tanks and other CTGs do not apply to any sources in the western Nevada County ozone non-attainment area. The NSAQMD will conduct a two-site public hearing on February 26, 2018 at 1:00 PM at 200 Litton Dr., Ste. 316, Grass Valley, CA 95945 and at 257 East Sierra Street, Unit E, Portola CA 96122.
