The Northern Sierra Air Quality Management District proposes to adopt a State Implementation Plan (Attainment Plan) for the 2008 Primary Federal 8-Hour Ozone Standard to fulfill requirements under the Clean Air Act. The Attainment Plan and Appendices are available below and also  at the Grass Valley office at 200 Litton Dr., Ste. 316, Grass Valley, CA 95945 or by request via the contact information below.  No new regulations are proposed. The NSAQMD will conduct a two-site public hearing on October 22, 2018 at 1:00 PM at 200 Litton Dr., Ste. 316, Grass Valley, CA 95945 and at 257 East Sierra Street, Unit E, Portola CA 96122. In case of cancellation, the hearing will be held at the same time and locations on November 26, 2018.
