CALCULATING COST EFFECTIVENESS
Applicants should use the following publication for the correct procedure for calculating cost effectiveness for their project: Method for Finding Cost Effectiveness.
Please note: Use the 2013 Emission Factors instead of the outdated emission factors included within the Method for Finding Cost Effectiveness guide.
Important Tips: When submitting your 2-page screening proposal, please show your calculations. Calculations can be attached on a separate sheet. Please be legible. Please show any emission factors used in your calculations and please cite which table you used in the 2013 Emission Factors guide. The District will always check your math, but it goes a lot quicker if we know where you got your numbers. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
